RED SON OF STEEL!!

I just recently watched Man Of Steel and thought it was the best thing I've ever seen in my life time.  Such a great movie!  Go watch it, it is a must!  I highly recommend it.

So recently other artists have been posting fan art of Superman, so I thought, you know who needs some attention, Red Son, that's who!  :D  So I went ahead and took the opportunity.  Here you go picture talk fam, enjoy some Red Son why don't you!

Belated Sketch Book Sketches

So here are some of my sketch book sketches I have done from last week.  Was practicing my inking with brush skills that I needed to revisit, I think I did well. :)  This is a character I am working on for a painting concept I hope to do in the future.   I hope you all enjoy!

Cowboys and some Dame's.

Sketches from my sketchbook I did over the week.  Was thinking cowboys and dame's at the time and was trying to see what I could pull from my imagination as I tried to visualize these characters.  I thought they came out pretty good so I threw them up on photoshop today and applied tone to two of the sketches.  Maybe later down road I will finish the whole page.  I hope you all enjoy and comment if you like!

Portrait Studies of the Female: A Study in Rendering Faces

These are just a few studies I have been working on, trying to work on rendering planes and applying tone where is should be as oppose to where it should not. As you can see I slightly progressed with each head and I will continue to do so as I will do more of these to get a better feel of the female face and it's elegance. Of course I need to also work on the male head, but I believe a females is much more difficult because as it is gentle so should your application be with your pencil upon rendering. Well, they each have their levels of difficulties, but you see what I mean. :)
There will be more to come but for now this is all I have. haha! Hope you like, like if you do and please comment if you must. :)
